Support for Participation in Kings Symposium

From: Franco Niccolucci
To : All Delegates
Date : 15th February 2006

As agreed with the local organizers, the European project EPOCH (www.epoch-net.org) will provide some support for delegates attending the Symposium at King's on next 23 to 25 February.

The amount of support will depend on the number of requests, and is guaranteed firstly to EPOCH partners (many of you come from partner institutions) and, if funds are sufficient as I believe, also to others. As for all European things, there will be a lot of paperwork and bureaucracy but we will try to keep them as low as possible, at least for you.

The only recommendation is: *** keep all receipts *** because they are strictly necessary for the reimbursement. In particular, when buying the train ticket please ask for a receipt and keep it. The rule is: no receipt = no reimbursement.

Please come also with your bank details, as it will be practically impossible to do it in cash on the site, or be prepared to send them by email. I will give you a few additional instructions during the Symposium. It usually takes a month minimum since we have the bank information for receiving the money back.

Best regards

Franco Niccolucci
